Good health and natural beauty have always gone hand in hand. The link between one’s health and looks becomes more apparent with the passing of years. Be sure to wear comfortable shoes there’s nothing more youthful than walking around in boat shoes or Keds. Find a simple, low-maintenance hairstyle. Develop a style that is right for your age not the braids and overalls that would suit your granddaughter, and not the bun and shapeless clothes that remind you of your grandmother.
