Cleans and deodorizes the mouth and teeth.

Sprinkle baking soda onto moistened toothbrush and proceed to brush. Optional: Add 1 drop of tea tree oil to powdered toothbrush for added cleansing, or other oil for taste. Makes enough for 1 brushing.

I also try to create beauty space around everything I do, so I am not rushing from one appointment to another on some crazy carousel. I find that reducing the commitments I have in my life and creating beauty space around the commitments I do have, therefore slowing things down, leads to more stable mental well-being. In practical terms, I try to avoid booking meetings or other commitments back to back, always allowing a lot of extra time in between for over-run, transport issues and time to grab a drink or snack.

This makes for a more comfortable, relaxed day. BE ORGANISED Having a clear plan and routines in place really helps my mental makeup. If you have a family, make sure everyone is on board with those plans and routines.

You may need to spend some time in the beginning explaining why this is so important. In my household, once a week over dinner we discuss what is coming up over the week as a family.
