This is a nourishing, balanced oil for most skin types.
1 oz. jojoba oil 2 oz. almond oil
1 oz. peanut oil
Pour jojoba oil, peanut oil, and almond oil in 4 oz. jar, cap and shake well. It is ready for use. Makes 4 oz.
Variation: Add 5 drops of essential oil of lavender, chamomile or rosewood.

I try to get outside into the fresh air to exercise as much as possible.
