This mask gently tones and rejuvenates the skin.
1 oz. liquid (water, yogurt or mi1) 2 tablespoons cornstarch large handful fresh leafy greens (some good choices are kale, lettuce, collards and parsley) Chop leafy greens and place in food processor (preferred) or blender and process with water, yogurt or mi1, pouring liquid in a little at a time until a thick paste results. Add the cornstarch and continue to blend. If the vegetable paste is too loose and won’t adhere to your face, sprinkle in small amounts of cornstarch to thicken.
Apply the mask thickly to the face and relax and recline to keep it from dripping off. You can also place gauze or thin cloth over the mask to keep it in place. Leave on for 20 minutes or longer and then rinse off. This mask will not dry. Makes enough for 1 thick mask application.
