Can You Perm Relaxed Hair

Like delicious smoothies, you can also have a delightful soup that will not only add taste to your food, but also allow you to have good health for your hair. Tomato is a good antioxidant, whereas carrots and lentils have Vitamin A and proteins, respectively. So, it's not wrong to say that this soup is a power-packed dish that promotes hair health.


Tomatoes – 2 large (chopped)

Lentil – 1 cup (soaked 3-4 hours)

Carrot – 2 medium (peeled and chopped)

Onion – 1 (chopped)

Garlic – 2 pods (chopped)

Ginger – 1/2 inch (grated)

Salt and pepper – to taste.

Water – 4 cups.


Add all the ingredients in a cooker and pressure cook for 20 minutes. Open the cooker when the steam comes out.

Strain the soup. Churn the residue and again mix it in the strained liquid. Now adjust the seasoning and enjoy hot soup.
