Tomatoes – 2 large (chopped)
Lentil – 1 cup (soaked 3-4 hours)
Carrot – 2 medium (peeled and chopped)
Onion – 1 (chopped)
Garlic – 2 pods (chopped)
Ginger – 1/2 inch (grated)
Salt and pepper – to taste.
Water – 4 cups.
Add all the ingredients in a cooker and pressure cook for 20 minutes. Open the cooker when the steam comes out.
