You will need for 1 glass: 4-5 Ice cubes 1 part dry French juice 1 fresh grapefruit vermouth (or tablespoon 3 parts brandy canned, unsweetened juice)

1 Put the Ice cubes into a glass jug.

2 Add the grapefruit juice, vermouth and brandy.

3 Stir vigorously; strain and pour into a chilled martini glass.

The Man.

You will need for 1 glass: 4-5 Ice cubes juice 1 fresh lemon 3 drops Angostura 1 part Benedictine bitters 3 parts brandy.

1 Put the Ice cubes into a glass jug.

2 Shake the bitters over the ice.

3 Add the lemon juice, Benedictine and brandy.

4 Stir vigorously; strain and pour into a chilled martini glass.

Robinson.

You will need for 1 glass:

4-5 Ice cubes 1 part dry French.

1 part pineapple juice vermouth.

3 parts brandy.

1 Put the Ice cubes into a glass jug.

2 Pour the pineapple juice, vermouth and brandy over the ice.

3 Stir until frothy.

4 Strain and pour into a sour glass.
