Insiders say Coleen Rooney is planning a relaxing Xmas ahead of the birth of her third child
heâ€™s due to give birth to her third child next month, and as Coleen Rooney reaches the final stages of her pregnancy sheâ€™s told pals sheâ€™s looking forward to some much-needed rest over Christmas.
The star has been keeping a low profile throughout her pregnancy and trying to squeeze in as much quality time as possible with Kai, six, and Klay, two – her sons with footballer husband Wayne. But sources say sheâ€™s now counting down the days until her due date.
TAKING TIME OUT
A source says: â€œUsually Coleen is manic in December, prepping for Christmas and planning different festive activities with the boys, but this year sheâ€™s outsourced as much as possible. She hired decorators to help with the house and tree, and her parents are taking the kids on day trips to give her a rest. Sheâ€™s trying not to plan too much socially and has even cancelled a couple of things. She wants a chilled Christmas Day, so has carefully chosen presents that she knows the boys will really love playing with in the morning, then sheâ€™ll take them to her parents for lunch when Wayne has to leave for training.â€
One appointment Coleen did keep was a fundraising visit to the Claire House Childrenâ€™s Hospice near her native Liverpool at the beginning of the month, where she shared a snap of herself making a
The hospice helped Coleenâ€™s sister Rosie up until her death from rare brain disorder Rett Syndrome in 2013, and she and Wayne have worked tirelessly raising funds for the charity.
Pals say while Coleen canâ€™t wait to meet her new baby, she is determined sheâ€™ll shape up in time for her 30 th birthday celebrations in April.
A source says: â€œColeen is a dedicated mum, but wants a huge celebration when she turns 30 and to look her best for it. She knows April isnâ€™t far away, but is convinced she can juggle her busy family life with intense workouts.â€ Coleen – who has been with Wayne,
30, for 13 years – has previously talked about adding a girl to their brood, saying: â€œIâ€™d love a girl because it would complete the family.â€ And a source says that while the couple – who have decided to keep the babyâ€™s sex a surprise – just want the baby to be healthy, Coleen has already prepared a long list of girlsâ€™ names.
