1 lb. Bean curd.
1/2 cup vegetable oil.
2 oz. crab meat
1 oz. Minced pork.
1 tbsp. Each chopped scallion and ginger.

1/2 cup broth.
1 tbsp. Sugar.
1 tbsp. Sherry.
Salt to taste.
1 tbsp. Cornstarch, dissolved in water To Prepare:
1, Mash bean curd and steam for half an hour until it solidifies, then dice.
2. Heat vegetable oil in a pan, add chopped scallion and ginger, stir and add the crab meat and pork- When the mixture dries add diced bean curd, broth, soy sauce, sherry, salt, sugar and simmer over a low flame for about 2 minutes until dry. Thicken sauce with dissolved cornstarch, bring to a boil and serve.
