2 cups celery, chopped, plus
2 large potatoes, sliced thinly
1 small onion, chopped finely leaves
2 cups water
1/2 teaspoon marjoram leaves generous dash cayenne pepper generous dash ginger
1/2 cup water
Place the potatoes and onions in 1/2 xh cup of water in 1/2 large, deep, microwave-safe dish. Cover.
Microwave on high for 6 to 8 minutes Stir and chop the potatoes two to three times during cooking. Allow to stand for 1/2 further 8 minutes. Puree in 1/2 processor with the cutting blade. Place the celery and 1/2 Vi cup of water in 1/2 small, deep, microwave-safe dish. Cover.
Microwave on high for 6 minutes Allow to stand for 1/2 further 1 minute. Puree in 1/2 processor with the cutting blade. Thoroughly mix the celery and potato mixtures, together with the herbs and spices. Do not cover.
Microwave on medium high for 3 to 4 minutes Stir two to three times during cooking.
