Create your own exercise plan
I believe that if you make a plan of what exercise you will do, you can devise a regime that can really work for you and your lifestyle.
S Write down the activities that you already do and how long you do them for each week.
Write down all the activities that you would like to start.
Bs Assess which ones fall into aerobic or anaerobic exercise, or a mixture of the two.
E Decide which ones you are going to do and how often. Make sure you are realistic and that your plan fits in with your work, lifestyle, and where you live.
Find out how to take up any that you would like to try.
Set yourself a target date of when you will start. Book up lessons or classes.
Choose types of exercise that you enjoy and that fit into your lifestyle and daily routine.
