Curried Soup

2 com cobs, use the kernels 2 cups stock, fat free

1 cup grated carrot 2 tablespoons cornflour, extra

1 small onion, chopped water to mix

1/2 cup water 2 tablespoons skim milk powder

1/2 teaspoon unsweetened apple 1 teaspoon curry powder

Juice concentrate dash cayenne pepper

Place the onion and 1/2 cup of water into 1/2 medium-sized, deep, microwave-safe dish. Cover.

Microwave on high for 3 minutes Stir two times while cooking. Allow to stand for 1/2 further 1 minute,

Add the remaining ingredients. Stir well. Cover.

Microwave on high for 7 minutes Stir two to three times during cooking. Allow to stand for 1/2 further

1 minute before serving.
