FISH SLICES DOUFU

Ingredients:

1 lb. bean curd

3 egg whites

2 tbsp. vegetable oil

1 tsp. wine

2 cups clear broth

Salt to taste

Pepper powder to taste

1 tbsp. cooked ham, chopped

3 oz. fish slices

1 tbsp. cornstarch dissolved in water

Chopped scallion to taste

1 tsp. sesame oil

To Prepare:

1. Mash bean curd, mix with half of the egg white.

2. Heat oil in a pan over a high flame, add wine, broth, salt, and pepper powder. Bring to a boil, add ham, fish slices, dissolved cornstarch, egg white, chopped scallion, and sesame oil. Transfer to a plate, garnish with chopped ham and serve.
