A gentle, refreshing splash that contains alpha hydroxyl acids provided by the citrus juice.
2 teaspoons orange juice (fresh-squeezed preferred) bowl filled with about 16 ounces cold water.
Place bowl in sink and add orange juice. Splash face with water-orange juice solution, catching the solution back in the bowl, and repeat for a minute or so. Makes 1 treatment.
Variations: To increase the astringency and alpha hydroxyl acids add 1 teaspoon of lemon juice or a 1/2 teaspoon of vinegar to the splash. To increase the antimicrobial action add 1-2 drops of tea tree essential oil.

We had plans to take the roadshow around New Zealand as we had a lot of supporters in the smaller towns, and these places often miss out on events. Unfortunately, Millie was having a hard time with the media in New Zealand and, deciding a change of scene was needed, she moved to Greece. Libby and I eventually decided we would continue with the events, with Julia taking up the third spot. We renamed the tour Women is Wellness in NZ, and went on to visit another twelve locations. We missed Millie a lot but again we got an incredible response. One of the reasons we decided to do these events was that the social media scene was becoming more and more crowded, and we thought it was important to evolve by doing things to set ourselves apart. It was a great way for us to expand our skills, challenge ourselves, communicate with our followers directly and show our audiences that we walked the talk by getting out from behind our computer screens and going to their towns to talk face-to-face with them. 2015 was a busy year.
