1 oz. plus 1 tablespoon distilled water 15 drops grapefruit essential oil
2 teaspoons distilled witch hazel 5 drops tea tree essential oil 1 teaspoon 80-100 proof vodka
Pour ingredients into a spray mist bottle (preferred) or jar, add essential oils, cap and shake. Mist or splash on face. Does not require refrigeration. Makes 2 oz.

Keep learning. Embrace new experiences, look for opportunities and surprise yourself, because learning something new can increase self-esteem and encourage social interaction and goal-setting. Take notice. Appreciate the little things and savour the moment, as learning to live mindfully in the present (rather than anguishing over the past or future) and practising gratitude can help you to recognise and modify unhelpful thinking patterns and behaviours, leading to improved well-being.
