Homemade Mugwort Sea Salt all Skin and Hair Types
A warming, cleansing skin treatment that is also good for fatigued muscles.
1 large handful of freshly 2-3 tablespoons sea salt dried mugwort leaves 1/2 teaspoon olive oil or flowering tops 4 tablespoons water
Grind the mugwort into a powder (mugwort grinds into a fluffy consistency) and mix with the salt, Haircuts for medium length straight hair add the water, then add the olive oil. Mix everything thoroughly. It will have a crumbly texture. Massage the scrub into the skin, (bits of the mugwort will fall off, just reapply) and allow to stay on for 10 minutes. Rinse off. Makes enough for 1 treatment.
