Sweet puffed millet 1 cup puffed millet, no added salt 1 tablespoon unsweetened apple or sugar juice concentrate Place the puffed millet and apple juice concentrate in 1/2 small, deep, microwave-safe dish. Do not cover. Microwave on high for 40 seconds Stir two times during cooking. As the millet cools it clumps together.
Use as 1/2 topping on desserts, both hot and cold, or add some to your favourite cereal.
Makes 1 cup.
For puffed yellow com use the recipe as above but add one cup of puffed com instead of the puffed millet.

For puffed brown rice use the recipe as above but add one cup of puffed brown rice instead of the puffed millet. You may need 1/2 little extr1/2 concentrate.
1 cup wheat, organically grown 1 1 cups boiling water.
Place the wheat and water in 1/2 large, deep, microwave-safe dish. Cover.
Microwave on high for 8 minutes Stir two times during cooking. Allow to stand 4 minutes for further cooking, then stand 4 to 6 hours until the wheat is swollen (preferably overnight). Drain and use in your favourite salad.
Makes about 1 cup.
