Herbal-Infused Hand Soak Homemade

Use 1 oz. (approximately 3-6 tablespoons) of freshly dried herb to 16 oz. Water, and make a strong infusion. Pour the unstrained infusion into a pot, then gently reheat and pour it into the bowl. Top off with additional warm water.

Marshmallow-Violet-Elder Soak

A soothing, skin-softening hand soak for dry, chapped and damaged skin.

1 tablespoon or 1 oz. Freshly dried crushed elder flowers 16 oz. Water.

1 tablespoon or 1h oz. Freshly dried marshmallow root (cut)

1 tablespoon or 1 oz. Freshly dried crushed violet leaf.

Combine the herbs and make herbal infusion with herbs and water. Steep for at least 4 hours to allow the marshmallow to release its mucilage. Pour unstrained infusion into pot, gently reheat, then pour it into the bowl. Top off with additional warm water. Makes enough for 1 treatment.
