RUCHING CAN FLATTER
Wear a ruched or gathered top with a zip or buttons up the front, which can form a V-neck while retaining the soft shaping. The soft gathers make a great disguise of unwanted lumps and bumps, and the V-shape will elongate the body.
STICK TO LONG SLEEVES
Even if you work out and have arms that are toned like Madonna’s, skinny vest tops are best left for the gym. A scoopnecked top with bare arms will reveal too much flesh, and it’s always more attractive to cover up with something sheer, which gives a suggestion of flesh but keeps it under wraps.
