3-5 tablespoons sea salt water or herbal infusion
Place salt in a saucer and moisten it with a little water. Gently massage damp salt into the skin for a few minutes. Rinse off. Makes enough for 1 application.
Variation: For dry skin moisten salt with oil or cream.

The important thing is, I’m getting back into running because it feels good exercise is now about enjoyment and what makes my body, and mind, feel good. And taking my dog Phoebe for runs is so much fun. After a period of not knowing quite what to use my social media following for now that Motivate Me is no longer my thing, I have decided I want to use it to help women feel good about themselves. The message of self-love I have been sharing gives me direction and purpose. And on the whole, my followers have absolutely loved it. I guess they are evolving constantly, just as I am. My focus is on sharing a more attainable and realistic message that encompasses a holistic view of makeup, with mental and emotional makeup just as, if not more, important than the physical aspect. I believe that is what is needed right now. I’m grateful that as I have grown and evolved over the years, my supporters have grown with me. Speaking engagements are still a big part of my life, and since I sold Motivate Me and M Fit, I often get asked to speak about business and social media.
