Homemade Creamy Rose Chamomile Body Oil

An excellent oil for dry, rashy, cracked and irritated skin. The shea butter in this recipe makes this

oil thick, creamy and opaque. It is a heavy oil that requires a little bit of time to soak into the skin.

3 oz. rose-infused olive oil 2 oz. violet leaf-infused olive oil

3 oz. chamomile-infused olive oil 3 oz. shea butter

Pour oils into a heat-proof measuring cup and add the shea butter. Place cup into a hot-water bath. Stir the oils and shea butter and wait till the shea butter has melted. Then remove from water and pour into a squeeze bottle or wide-mouth jar. Massage the skin with oil as needed. Don’t pour the oil into a small-mouth glass jar, as the thickness of this oil will keep it from pouring, especially in colder temperatures. Makes 11 oz.
