1 tablespoon echinacea angustifolia 1 tablespoon licorice root tincture.
Root tincture 1 tablespoon horsetail tincture.
1 tablespoon calendula flower tincture 2 oz. Vegetable glycerin.
1 tablespoon fresh St. Johnswort 10 oz. Distilled water.
Flower tincture 12 drops tea tree essential oil.
1 tablespoon sage leaf tincture 60 drops spearmint or fennel essential.
2 teaspoons myrrh powder tincture oil.
2 teaspoons goldenseal root tincture.
Make or purchase tinctures of the herbs listed above. Measure and pour the tinctures, glycerin, water and essential oils into a glass bottle, cap and shake. It is ready for use. This mouth rinse can be preserved for a year or more unrefrigerated. Makes about 15 oz.[gallery ids=""]
