Johan Du Preez aka Chef Panda is a nursery specialist for seed supplier Starke Ayres, who also happens to be a qualified chef. He explains how to sow herbs and veggies from seed, and then demonstrates how to cook summer meals with fresh ingredients straight from the garden. Chef Panda is based in Joburg.
