6. When there are weaknesses that you desire to correct, enter your level and analyze the problem at your level. Determine exactly what the problem is, and then program to perform correctly. Imagine yourself correcting the problem and performing correctly.
7. When you are studying videos of your performance, preprogram yourself that you will use the Three Fingers Workout and Fitness workout and fitness technique to help you identify the cause of the problem and to know what to do to correct it:
