Then program the following: In the future, whenever you desire to invoke this same special state of mind in order to be just as successful again – and even more so every time after that – you will imagine your Mental Coach encouraging you and reminding you to invoke this special state of mind.
Then imagine yourself performing perfectly with this special state of mind, and imagine your coach encouraging you and reminding you to have this special state of mind.

Every time you perform in a superior manner or have a successful training session, enter your level and reinforce the experience by reviewing what you did and how you felt. Program for future training sessions to be just as good when you get into this special state of mind.
