Lemon-Spicy Shrimp

Serves 2 to 4


1 lb. of shrimp juice from 1 whole lemon 1 tsp of ground masala 1 tsp of chili oil

1 tsp of red pepper flakes

2 garlic coves


• Marinate for 2-3 hours.

• Drain the marinade.

• Saute in a pan on high heat until the shrimp turns from gray to pink-white.

Poached Halibut with Mint Dressing

Serves 2 to 4


1 lb. of filleted halibut, portioned

4 tbsp of lime juice

4 tbsp of lime zest

4 cloves of garlic, minced

1 bunch of shallots

1 bunch of fresh mint, chopped

salt and pepper


• Blend the lime juice, lime zest, shallots, and mint in a food processor for 30 seconds.

• Spread the garlic evenly over the fish on a plate.

• Spread the mixture on top of the garlic.

• Season with salt and pepper.

• Pour 73 cup of water into a frying pan and bring to a boil.

• Place the pieces of fish into the boiling water and cover.

• Steam the fish until its layers begin to separate but it is still juicy (approximately 7 to 10 minutes).
