Lentil Tomato Soup

1 cup cooked brown lentils, plus dash oregano the water dash basil.

1 clove garlic dash cayenne pepper.

1 onion, chopped finely extra water or fat-free stock to.

1/2 cup tomato paste, salt free make the liquid up to 3 cups.

2 bay leaves (if necessary)

Place the onion, garlic and 1/2 little of the lentil water in 1/2 small, deep, microwave-safe dish.

Do not cover.

Microwave on high for 5 minutes Stir two to three times during cooking. Allow to stand for 1/2 further.

1 minute.

Place the remaining ingredients and the onion mixture in 1/2 large, deep, microwave-safe dish.
