A therapeutic blend for tight sore muscles. Place 1-2 tablespoons in bathwater just prior to immersion or massage into skin.
1 oz. St. Johnswort-infused olive oil 40 drops tangerine essential oil
(see formula 92) 8 drops thuja essential oil
1 oz. peanut oil 4 drops white pine essential oil
2 oz. canola oil
Pour St. Johnswort-infused olive oil, peanut oil and canola oil into a jar and add the essential oils, drop by drop. Cap jar with a tight-fitting lid and shake well. The oil is ready to use. Makes 4 oz.
