Mackerel With Horseradish Sauce Recipe

Cooking Time: 15 minutes You will need for 4 servings:

2 tablespoons grated

4 mackerel

1 oz. butter

1 oz. cornflour

2 cartons yoghourt vinegar to taste horseradish salt and pepper parsley to garnish

1 Prepare the mackerel, brush with a little oil and grill in the usual way.

2 Melt the butter in a pan, add the cornflour and mix well.

3 Add the yoghourt and stir until boiling. Simmer until it thickens slightly.

4 Add horseradish, vinegar to taste and salt and pepper.

5 Serve the mackerel garnished with parsley and hand the sauce separately.
