THE BEST BOTTOM CLENCH
To keep your butt fit and taut, get in the habit of performing an easy leg lift every time you clean your teeth. Hold onto the basin and lift one leg out to the side and back, keeping the movement slow and controlled with the foot flexed.
INCREASING SINGLE-LEG STRENGTH
Exercises to tone all the muscle groups of the legs will keep you in good stead and allow you to maintain shapely pins. However, most exercises use conventional double-leg training, which isn’t as effective as developing single-leg strength. Working one leg at a time independently will help you with all your leg transitions – when you move from one leg to another, which is when you walk, run, step, reach or lunge.
