FITNESS SIT UP AND WORK OUT
Just sitting on an exercise ball in front of the TV will provide benefits. Sit up straight, tighten your tummy muscles and gently lift one foot off the floor at a time. Do this while watching your favourite programme multitasking is what we’re good at!
DON’T LOVE YOUR LOVE HANDLES
Waist twists will help you target those unsightly love handles. It is a very low-impact exercise and a good precursor to abdominal crunch work. Stand with your feet flat on the floor, your fingertips fouching the tops of your shoulders, and your arms bent at the elbow. Slowly twist the elbows, arms and shoulder, as if you are looking over your shoulder, following the movement of your upper body with your head, and keep your abdominal muscles tensed. Rotate to the other side.
