Sink your weight into your left leg as your waist turns to the left. Both arms come round with the movement of your waist, the left hand lower than the right. The right toes come round to the front.

Sink your weight into your right leg as your left hand presses down, palm facing downwards.Take a shoulder-width step with your left foot.
Transfer your weight 70% into your left foot. Your left hand comes up in front of your chest. Medium length haircuts curly Your right hand floats outside your right thigh. Repeat as in above heading, from Ward Off Right”.
Turn a further 135° right, to the corner Step to shoulder width with your right foot, and shift 70% of your weight into it, pushing towards the centre of your mouth with your left hand. Bring the right hand up to guard your forehead, palm facing diagonally.
Turn to the left, sinking all your weight into your left leg. Pick up your right foot and draw it in.Transfer all your weight to your right foot, then step to the left (45°) with your left foot.Turn your palms in and draw your right arm across the left palm, left arm in a ward-off position.
Your left hand then moves up and turns outwards by your head, while the fingers of your right hand come into the centre in line with your mouth. Now repeat the postures described in Steps 4, 5 and 6 of the previous exercise.
