Spiced Yogi Tea
Spiced yogi tea is a delicious, warming drink which will soon help to reduce any excess kapha and is perfect for warming up cold bones on a chilly winter’s day.
1 Mix the spices together in a saucepan.
2 Add the spring water and boil off half the liquid.
3 Turn off the heat and add the goat’s milk or soya milk.
4 Stir and strain the liquid. Serve hot.
2.5mlA tsp dry ginger
4 whole cardamom pods
A pinch of black pepper or pippali (Indian long pepper)
I large cinnamon stick 600ml/1 pint/2 A cups spring water 30ml/2tbsp goat’s milk or organic soya milk dual doshas In all relationships at home and work, it will make a great difference if you can try to adopt the approaches recommended for your own particular dosha. The vata dosha may well need to work at being much more reliably consistent, with the pitta dosha aiming at far greater tolerance and patience. The rather possessive kapha dosha, on the other hand, should always put extra trust and flexibility right at the top of the list.
