Mint Soak Homemade

A refreshing, stimulating soak for fatigued, overheated and worn-out hands.

1 large handful dried mint leaves (or 16 oz. water 3-4 large handfuls fresh mint leaves)

Make herbal infusion with mint and water and let steep for at least 1 hour. Pour unstrained infusion into pot, gently reheat and pour it into the bowl. Make a little extra infusion and set aside a cup for drinking as you relax into the hand soak. Makes enough for 1 treatment.
