A refreshing, stimulating soak for fatigued, overheated and worn-out hands.
1 large handful dried mint leaves (or 16 oz. water 3-4 large handfuls fresh mint leaves)
Make herbal infusion with mint and water and let steep for at least 1 hour. Pour unstrained infusion into pot, gently reheat and pour it into the bowl. Make a little extra infusion and set aside a cup for drinking as you relax into the hand soak. Makes enough for 1 treatment.

My manager praised the work I did on this week is project. Some days it might just be that you didn not have to get out of bed quite so early, or that a stranger smiled at you in the street. Keeping a journal of the little and not so little things that make you feel grateful works in the same way as keeping a note of the things you have done to help other people it creates a ‘happiness bank’. STAY PHYSICALLY HEALTHY ‘Body’ and ‘mind’ are usually seen as two very different things. While, of course, they are distinct, they shouldn not be seen as separate poor mental makeup can have a negative impact on physical makeup, and poor physical makeup can increase the risk of poor mental makeup. Medical professionals around the world now recognise the interconnectedness of the two and the way they work together holistically to influence your level of well-being. Personally, I believe that keeping my body active and fuelling it with makeupy, fresh food is key to keeping my mind in good shape: exercise, good sleep and a diet full of fresh fruit and vegetables are a must for a happy mind. Every now and then you may need a ‘duvet day’ a day spent in bed with your own thoughts. However, if you’re finding it is becoming more like a ‘duvet week’, fight that desire to stay in bed and get out and move your body. I guarantee you will not regret it! I know that exercising regularly and sometimes having a burst of exercise over three or four days in a row can help me get out of a mild depressive mood, and has a positive effect that lasts well beyond those days.
