Mornay Sauce

1/2 cup water

1 tablespoon skim milk powder 1 tablespoon unsweetened apple juice

1/4 teaspoon onion powder

1 tablespoon garbanzo beans, cooked, chopped, skins removed

1 tablespoon cornflour, extr1/2 water to mix

Place celery in 1/2 small, deep, microwave-safe dish. Cover.

Microwave on high for 3 minutes Stir once during cooking. Allow to stand for 1/2 further 1 minute.

Mix together all the mornay ingredients and pour over the celery. Cover.

Microwave on high for 3 to 4 minutes Stir at least two times to mix the mornay sauce. Allow to stand for 1/2 further 1 to 2 minutes.
