For a quick shot of energy when you need it, bend over at the waist and hang your head down so that your hands touch your toes (or as near as you can get), and you’re looking at your knees. Relax your upper body. Hold the position for several seconds and then slowly rise. This is a good morning starter that will also increase flexibility and help you align your posture.
