I truly believe that you can change how you feel about your features even those things you might now hate. In general, it’s a much better thing to accept the looks you have. If there is something that makes you feel truly horrible, such as facial moles, and if there is a safe and uncomplicated way to change it, then that may prove to be the best course of action. I have a friend who so hated her droopy eyes that she had them surgically lifted. At the time, I wished she had not done it. When I saw how much happier she was for it, I accepted that it was the right thing for her.
A decision like this should never be rash. (Lots of women who got radical nose jobs in the 1970s regretted it later.) Do your homework to find the best doctors. Then give yourself plenty of time to think it over.
