No serious injuries. Yet. Lots of bruises. And some serious wounds to my pride. I am much more afraid of the bikers. Not the Hell is Angels. The boys and girls and men and women on bicycles who somewhat arrogantly want to convince the world that they are better than the rest of us by reducing their environmental footprint. I have found them collectively to be among the rudest of park visitors. They come at you from all angles, speeding by in a blur and with an occasional, On your left! that scares the hell out of me and causes me to jump and almost trip over my own two feet. They seem to think they own the pathways.
