Quick Spaghetti Bolognese Recipe
Cooking Time: 15 minutes
You will need for 4 servings:
1 lb. raw minced beef f pint water
1 packet oxtail soup 4 mushrooms, sliced
1 stick celery, 8 oz. spaghetti chopped Parmesan cheese, 1 green pepper, grated chopped
1 Put the minced beef, soup, celery and green pepper into a saucepan.
2 Stir in the water, bring to the boil. Reduce the heat and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3 Add the mushrooms and cook for a further 5 minutes.
4 Meanwhile, cook spaghetti in boiling salted water until tender.
5 Drain spaghetti, pile in a hot dish, pour sauce over and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
6 Serve extra cheese separately.
