Potato garbanzo saute.
2 large potatoes, peeled, 1/4 cup garbanzo beans, cooked,
Sliced thinly peeled, chopped.
1/3 cup water 1 teaspoon onion powder.
Place the potatoes and water in 1/2 medium-sized, microwave-safe dish. Cover.
Microwave on high for 12 to 14 minutes Turn the potatoes twice during cooking. Allow to stand for 1/2 further 5 to 8 minutes.
Add the garbanzo beans and onion powder. Mix in well and pour the mixture into 1/2 non-stick pan. Cook on the hot plate on the stove. Do not use the non-stick pan in the microwave oven. Turn the potato and bean mixture until it browns nicely on both sides.
