Romantic Braided Headband Hairstyle Hair Tutorial

Hey guys, in this tutorial I’m going to show you how to do this really sweet and simple braided headband that’s perfect to work for Valentine’s Day.

So let’s get started first of all you want to brush your hair and make sure it’s off smooth then you want to grab about an inch section of hair at the bottom and divide it into three equal sections proceed to do a regular three-strand breeze hold the braid in place in one hand and with the other hand you want to gently tug on the left side of the braid and pull the strands out to give the braid a scalloped lace effect continue to braid your hair down and with every two to three inches you want to stop and tug on your hair and the reason why I like to work in sections is. Because it’s a lot easier to pull the hair out this way you can also braid your hair all the way down and tug on at last it’s completely up to you and when you’re done just grab an elastic band and tie your braid then do the exact same thing to the other side this kind is optional but. I’m going to curl my hair. So first. I’m going to spray it with some heat protectant I don’t want tight curls for the slug.

So I’m using my babyliss one and a quarter inch curling iron to create some loose waves now, if you like uniform curls like this, you might want to grab a bottle pair spray and spray it in place otherwise these curls will loosen up take one of your braids wrap it over the top of your head and bring it to the other side secure it down with a couple of bobby pins right behind your ears now take the other braids and do the exact same thing and make sure that the scalloped edge of the braid is on the outside to secure it down you want to make sure that you cross your bobby pins to form an X shape. So here’s the finished look of the braided headband and this will also work with hair extensions.

Because it’s really feminine and pretty another fun thing you can do is gather your hair to one side and tie it into a side ponytail. And I personally love side ponytails. Because they flatter. So many facesheet anyways let me know which looks you guys prefer in the comments down below thanks so much for reading. And I’ll talk to you guys later bye comment to my blog to be notified of new posts and feel free to check out my other hair tutorial.
