Hey everyone, I’m Jordan from Braids by Jordan. Today I’m gonna be showing you how to do a pretty side pull through braid combo. If you haven’t already comment to Hairstyles, make sure to hit the comment button and give this post a big thumbs up. So, let’s get started. So we’re gonna start this style by taking a section of hair from the front to start a French braid. You can do any type of French braid you like here but I decided to do a French fishtail. So to do that, just divide that section into two.

Take a small piece of hair from the outside of the top piece and then cross it over and add it into the inside of the bottom piece, and we’re going to repeat that with the bottom piece, so take a small section from the outside and then cross it over and into the inside of the top piece and we’re going to do repeat that one more time with the top piece so take a small section, but this time we’re gonna add in a small new section of hair so add in that small new section and then cross them both over and into the inside of the bottom piece, and repeat that again with the bottom, so take a small section, add in a small new section of hair, and cross them both over and into the inside of the top piece. Then you’re just going to repeat those steps for a few stitches towards the back of the head. Once the braid is about an inch back from the hairline, stop adding in new hair to the bottom piece and only add in new hair to the top piece.
This will create a lace braid. Then just continue the lace French fishtail until you reach the back of the head. Every so often, I like to go back and take the bottom edge of the fishtail to give it a little extra volume. Once the braid reaches the back of the head, secure the hair with a clear baby elastic. Take a section of hair from the opposite side of the head and softly twist the hair back away from the face, adding in new hair only to the top side. Carefully pull on the twist to give it some extra volume.
Take another section from just below the fishtail and twist it back towards the other twist. Secure both twists together with a clear baby elastic just off to the side where the fishtails start. Now we’re going to star the pull through braid, so split the hair into two equal sections. Move the bottom section out of the way and then secure the top section into a ponytail just below the twist. Split the bottom section into two. Put the top ponytail in between the two sections and then secure the two sections together with a clear baby elastic, and then just continue the pull through all the way down, so divide the top pony into two, put the bottom ponytail in between and then secure the two sections together with an elastic, and then every so often, I like to go back and pull on the edges of the pull through to give it a little extra volume. And that’s it. I hope you guys like this fun hairstyle, and if you did, make sure to give this post a thumbs up.
