Spaghetti Italiano Recipe

Cooking Time: 10 minutes

You will need for 3 servings:

6 oz. spaghetti 7-oz. can tuna fish

1 packet tomato soup 2 oz. grated cheese

1 pint water

1 Cook the spaghetti in boiling, salted water until tender. Drain well, turn into a hot dish.

2 Make up the tomato soup as directed on the packet using 1 pint water.

3 Drain and flake the tuna fish.

4 Add to the soup and pour over the spaghetti.

5 Sprinkle with cheese and serve.

Baked fish pudding

Cooking Time: 20-25 minutes You will need for 4 servings: 1 lb. cooked white fish grated rind 1 lemon 3 oz. breadcrumbs salt and pepper 2 eggs lemon juice little onion, finely 1 oz. grated cheese chopped 1 oz. butter

1 tablespoon milk

1 Remove all skin and bone from the fish and flake finely.

2 Add the breadcrumbs except for 1 tablespoon.

3 Add the eggs, beaten up with the milk, onion, lemon rind, salt and pepper.

4 Add lemon juice to taste and a little extra milk if the mixture is too dry.

5 Put into a greased fireproof dish, sprinkle with the remaining breadcrumbs and cheese, dot with butter and bake in a moderately hot oven (375°F – Gas Mark 5) for about 20 minutes.
