St. Johnswort Tincture.
This is an excellent remedy that is ingested for the relief of muscular and nerve pain. St. Johnswort is a cellular oxygenator that helps remove lactic acid buildup in the muscles and can help release nerve tension. After a strenuous workout, to prevent my muscles from getting sore I take about 1/2 teaspoon of St. Johnswort tincture, and I repeat the dose at 2-4 hour intervals for the following 24 hours.
