2 apples 1 cucumber
1 celery stalk
1 small handful of spinach Ice cubes
Add 1 teaspoonful of ‘Energizing Greens’ if you do not have a handful of your mixed greens to lose weight (tere, parsley, lettuce, etc.)
Remove the water from the apples, the salad, the celery and the spinach. Pour into a blender, then add ice and Energy-Enriched Greens. Mix for about a minute or until soft. If you are using mixed greens instead of Energizing Greens, just remove water along with other ingredients and add ice.
