1.WHAT’S NEW WITH YOU SINCE WE LAST MET?
‘I’m still practising yoga at home and in classes, as it’salways helped keep megrounded through all thehighs and lows of acting,but in the last few yearsI’ve become a qualifiedinstructor by doing two,200-hour courses inVinyasa and Hatha yoga.It takes you on a personaljourney, and the philosophyside is fascinating too. I maywell do an advanced 500-hourcourse next and start teaching myown classes, rather than just coveringfor my mum, who’s also an instructor.’

2. WHAT’S YOUR FOOD PHILOSOPHY?
‘Food trends change so much, but the one thingthat has stood the test of time with me is theNutribullet – blending is still exciting to me. I’llinclude hipster kale, lots of berries, add someof Elle McPherson’s Nourishing Protein (£48 for500g; welleco.co.uk) and have it for breakfast,which is good as I’ve never been a breakfastperson. I don’t believe in cuttingfood groups out and I can’t forgochocolate! But I’ve swapped milkfor dark and really enjoy it now.’
3. DO YOU PAMPER YOURSELF?
‘I think I picked up a lack of pamperinghabits from my mum – I will never be one ofthose women who religiously cleanse, toneand moisturise, and I do still fall asleep withmy make-up on sometimes. But after yearsof trying everything, I’ve finally found thefuss-free, low-maintenance products thatwork for me. 4. ARE YOU STILL DANCING AFTER YOUR STRICTLY… EXPERIENCE?
‘Absolutely! I’ve just come back from a holiday at theBodyHoliday Resort in St Lucia where my good friend RobinWindsor [the former Strictly… Pro dancer who she met whiledoing the West End show Burn the Floor] was teachingballroom and Latin classes. I sent him a cheeky messageasking if he needed an assistant, and ended up teachingwith him. We even put on a salsa show dance on the lastnight! It’s such a gift to have dancing in my life.’
5. HOW DO YOU STAY HEALTHY FOR YOUR JOB?
‘It’s all about being prepared for whatever role’scoming up next. Earlier this year, I had to learnmartial arts for a movie role, and right now I’mdoing lots of dance classes and resistancetraining in the gym to build up my stamina for arun in the musical The Producers this summer.My life feels like one giant crash course at times,but I balance it all out with very gentle restorativeyoga where I focus on my breathing and relax.
