Dazzling eyes If you want to go from day to evening, you can add extra drama to your regular look by adding metallic eyeshadow or pigment on top of your regular shadow. This is especially easy to do if you’re going from office to a night out and don’t fancy redoing all of your makeup. And let’s not forget the power of eyelashes! Great looking eyelashes have impact, so whether you’re going to exaggerate your own lashes using a volumizing and lengthening mascara, or you opt for false eyelashes, either way the eyes will definitely have it! ,

The last couple of seasons we’ve seen a lot of glitter on the catwalk. Glitter adds impact but it doesn’t have to be overwhelming. For example, black glitter looks amazing over a black or grey smokey eye look, or you can go for a bronze or gold glitter on a naked eye or over a chocolate brown smokey eye. If you don’t want to go the whole way you could do a glitter eyeliner or eye pencil which looks really pretty. Add a gold or silver metallic accent in the inner and outer corner of your eyes for instant impact.
Body goals Glowing skin is vital to upping the amp on party make-up. Add shimmer to your skin by using a cream, oil or powder highlighter and just applying it on your cheekbones for some modern glamour. Don’t be afraid to go for a body shimmer on your arms and decollete either. Remember the key here is glimmer not megawatt shine.
Skincare glow up In the coming weeks step up your hydration because after a big night out it doesn’t take long for dehydration to show up on the skin. For a hydration boost, apply a sheet mask before an evening out to brighten your complexion. Get your hands on a good primer too. Not only will it make your make-up last longer; it camouflages minor skin flaws like an uneven skin tone.
