Peppercorn paste for thick, soft and lustrous hair
In Ayurveda, use of peppercorns for hair is quite prevalent. Regular application of peppercorn paste on your hair will give soft, thick and lustrous hair. Additionally, essential oil from peppercorns will leave your scalp well-moisturized.
Peppercorns – 2 teaspoons
Lime juice – 1/2 cup
Blend peppercorns and lime juice in a blender to make a smooth paste. Apply it on scalp and roots. Using a hot towel, cover your head for 1/2 an hour and then wash off the paste thoroughly. Do this treatment at least once in a week for best results.

Traditional Uses of Water for Healing Hydrotherapy, or balneotherapy treatments for makeup using water is the extension of the original beauty spas into modern makeup and wellness practice, and the mainstay of beauty spa services today. Occasionally, approaches to the treatment of medical problems using water in various ways are also referred to as hydropathy. As the oldest form of therapy, with roots in the centers of Western civilization, water treatments are still sought by millions. European beauty spas keep hydrotherapy at the center of their programs, even more so than American beauty spas ordinarily do. The healing effects of water are included on the menu of services in numerous ways. The Japanese have traditionally used baths to cleanse the body as a prelude to prayer, and Eastern practices use water as a healing agent as often as Western traditions. The Japanese are great beauty spa enthusiasts, drawn by the rituals involving water for their ability to relax and soothe, which have long been a part of Japanese culture and tradition. The benefits of water treatments include their abilities to cleanse and refresh the body, relieve stress, and use water at both hot and cold temperatures for a variety of restorative purposes. Since ancient times, water treatments have been enhanced by the addition of healing herbs and aromatic substances. Various types of baths have been recommended for centuries for their special benefits for different parts of the body.
