Throw all these in a blender, blitz till creamy, chill, and drink – wow!
1 pineapple – chopped 1/2tsp turmeric powder
2 heaped tsp baobab powder 1 heaped tsp coconut oil 500ml water
4 heaped tsp coconut cream juice of 1 pink grapefruit 1 heaped tsp camu camu powder
3 heaped tsp gooseberries – rehydrated
