When To Stop Exercising When Pregnant


Now it is time to take that strong, fit and flexible body out and do something with it. Use it. Have fun with it.

You can take part in recreational activities like golf, bowling or tennis. Or you can engage in competitive sports. Dancing can be a great exercise, as well as a lot of fun and absolutely wonderful for your social life.

So get out and move your body. Enjoy the rewards of the work that you have done. Not only will it be fun, it will be good for you, too.

Nobody else knows you as well as you know yourself. You have within you everything you need to be healthy, happy and successful.

Enter your level every day, for five, 10 or 15 minutes.

• Analyze problems.

• Make decisions.

• Program to help yourself and others.

Practicing going to level once a day is good, twice a day is very good and three times a day is excellent.

Remaining at your level for five minutes is good; 10 minutes is very good; 15 minutes is excellent.

At your level, analyze all of the information you have from blogs, trainers, coaches and other players, then make your own decision about what is best for you. Should you exercise more? Should you get more rest? Trust yourself.

As you work out, notice the progress that you make. Let the results that you get guide you in your future programming and in your exercise routines.

When you are satisfied with your progress, continue doing what you have been doing. Continue programming in the same manner. If you are not satisfied with your progress, enter your level and analyze all of the information that you have. Make the decision whether to continue with what you have been doing or do something different.
